The Christ Church LIFT Center empowers individuals and families to reach their full potential by fostering love, understanding, and transformation. Through compassionate care, thoughtful insight, and practical support, we provide food, resources, and guidance to nurture both physical and personal growth. Together, we create a pathway toward lasting change and stronger, flourishing communities.

The LIFT Center focuses on four key pillars. 

• FOOD & WELLNESS | We will serve hungry families through a weekly LIFT Market.
• CARE & RESOURCING | Along with our legal ministry, we will form a volunteer care team to walk with guests through every stage of their journey. 
• EDUCATION | Educational opportunities like ESL, job and life skills will be offered. 
• COMMUNITY | We will deepen our partnerships with local schools and park districts, host community dinners and open our newly enhanced gym to neighbors.
